Standard float time of regular latex helium balloons: 

Recommend getting the balloons closest to your event-start -time

In non AC room:  7 hours onwards

In AC room: 10 hours onwards

Upgrade to Long lasting float time: 

In non AC room: 15 hours 

In AC room: 20 hours

Wind, hot weather and constant moving of balloons will reduce float time.
